Production and lead times

All products are made to order unless otherwise specified. Orders enter production upon payment confirmation, approval of specifications and final material selections. Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Lead times may vary due to production schedules, material availability, customs clearance, freight carrier conditions, port congestion, weather events and international logistics delays.

Shipping and delivery charges

Limited-time introductory offer: delivery included to your client’s door in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut on orders of $10,000 or more. All other deliveries are quoted separately.

Shipping, white glove delivery, storage, duties, taxes and special delivery requirements may be billed separately unless otherwise specified in writing or covered by the offer above.

Before delivery

Clients are responsible for verifying the following prior to delivery:

  • dimensions;
  • building access;
  • stair and elevator clearance;
  • site readiness; and
  • installation conditions.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. White glove and freight services are coordinated through third-party logistics providers. Calene Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions or events beyond our control.

Inspection on delivery

All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage, missing items or packaging concerns must be noted on the delivery receipt, photographed, and reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all original packaging materials until any claim is resolved.
